The next time I used more, 2 pumps for top half of head and 2 pumps for bottom part making sure to get to roots and also to outer layer. My hair was noticably thicker and the best part, greatly reduced my frizz and looked healthy.I have med length hair which has a natural wave/frizz to it.Would recommend.
