The Eucalyptus scent really relieves stress short term.
I ordered eucalyptus and lavender. I’m on my second eucalyptus one. Strong set that lasts several weeks (and that’s with constant use on my end). It got me through a stressful period by aiding relaxation breathing. Do not leave it open for long periods bc the scent will dissipate and get funky. I forgot to close the cap on my first one overnight. All around great smell, value.

Worth a Try
I lost my sense of smell and taste due to illness and my PC suggested I try aroma therapy. Worth a try I thought so I bought this set of eight. I’ve started with four of them as suggested and I can smell them all bet can’t differentiate between them or name them yet. My taste is spotty or non existant after a month of therapy so the jury is out on effectiveness. Lovely smells though.

I was skeptical at first but now Iâm a fan. I needed to find an alternative to a prescription nasal spray and am so happy to have found this product. I wanted to avoid spraying anything into my nasal passages so this works out perfectly.

Smells bad
The name of the scents seem like they would smell nice and calming, but they all smell bad. I usually use the regular vicks vapor sticks but was always interested in other scents, especially lavender, but these were horrible. Iâve tried returning them but they donât let you, and Amazon just takes you in circles when trying to return. Waste of money.
