MRM Vitamin was based by Mark Olson in 1996. After noticing there was not a lot depth, within the complement trade. Annoyed with the formulations in the marketplace, Mark got down to develop his personal elegant formulation utilizing “novel nutraceutical intermediates.” Not like different complement manufacturers, we’re science based from the highest down. We don’t wait to see what the following fade or pattern shall be, we create them.

A good egg white protein
I have been using a competitive brand for literally decades, but now I REFUSE to pay how outrageously expensive it is now. Not that this product is cheap, but itâs about $15 less expensive for the same size. I have been impressed. Good quality, very smooth and drinkable AND it doesnât froth as much in fruit shakes as the other brand I used. I definitely recommend this product, especially if you canât tolerate whey or find the vegetarian versions chalky, as i do. Nothing chalky or grainy with this product.

The best!
This has been my go-to protein powder for the past two years, and theres no end in sight. Incredibly delicious flavor, blends well, satiating and filling, and great nutrient profile. I even bake with it. I can’t eat legumes or whey, so this is a godsend!

MRM Is the VERY BEST-QUALITY ‘Egg White’ PROTEIN Product!
This MRM protein IS improving my health!
I am recovering from a large, open wound on my right leg. My doctor told me to eat more protein to promote healing of my wound. He suggested I try this brand…because of its high-quality source of protein.
I did a little research before buying this MRM Egg White Protein…and discovered it uses the best-quality source of protein, which is ‘egg white’ from organic producers.
PROS:
1. Very high-quality protein.
2. Very clean, good-tasting, healthy drink. I feel good after drinking MRM.
3. No gluten, No GMO, and NO unnatural artificial ingredients. NO ‘filler’ content. (Some protein powders have a lot of filler…which is generally the junk that won’t dissolve after mixing with a liquid.)
CONS:
Very expensive. But with respect to protein powders, you get what you pay for. Buy cheap powders, get cheap unhealthy ingredients. BUT IN REALITY, each MRM serving is still cheaper than McDonalds!
The VERDICT:
If you want a very high-quality protein supplement, then MRM is your meal ticket.
(Is MRM helping to heal my leg wound? Honestly, I can’t really say….other than after taking it for about two months, new skin is forming a little faster around the rim of my wound.. So, maybe it is helping. I intend to buy more MRM.)
TASTY TIP: My favorite recipe is to put one heaping scoop of MRM, two scoops of Hagen Daz vanilla ice cream, 10 ounces of almond milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the blender…and oh WOW, the result is a very delicious protein milk shake.
Q&A –
Tastes like Breyers Vanilla Ice cream! But… some TMI
Omgoshhhh, this tastes soooo good. It does have a slight eggy taste at the end but nothing terrible/ similar to the aftertaste when you have custard (which again, isn’t bad really–the ingredient IS literally eggs ð). Sooooo, TMI but like someone posted, this can cause some GI upset/gas/bloating/flatulence. I only noticed after a few consecutive days of it. It’s not terrible and I only noticed if I was out and about and cared if someone could hear my stomach making noise/gurgling but if you’re prone to stomach issues I’d proceed with caution. It’s nothing worst than including more beans/cruciferous vegetables in your diet so if that doesn’t bother you, then this shouldn’t be a problem. I wonder if it’s the enzymes included in the product since egg whites don’t usually affect my like this but figured I’d mention. I still love the taste of the vanilla flavor and will be buying periodically alternating with the bone broth protein powder (no issues with GI upset, there– salted caramel is AMAZING).

Best Dairy Free Protein Powder
This protein powder is just what I was looking for. I have tried others that have whey and or dairy and this is by far a much better option. The vanilla adds a sweet flavor. I add it to my smoothies and overnight oats for the extra protein that helps fill me up. Blends well in both. Isnât chalking or âfakeâ tasting.

Good product, but Cannot open it!
I cannot open the jars! I got two of these and the jars are sealed too tightly. We cannot open them! Theyâll have to be cut open later when we have time.
The powder itself is great, weâve been using for a while now in our morning smoothies. Weâve never encountered this problem before.

Good taste, good amount of protein for the money
I made two identical smoothies, one with this powder and one with eqq whites from the supermarket (same number grams of protein == 20). The one with vanilla protein powder tasted better despite me adding vanilla to the egg white version. The one with protein powder was also thicker (no surprise), but also had a better texture. The protein powder version was slightly more expensive (maybe $2 vs $1.60), but is clearly worth it IMHO.
