    Marvelous Teaching Tool
This is a wonderful game that helps students learn to spot likenesses in words. For example, if they have a card with a letter or letter combination that matches the card turned over from the deck, they get to play it. If they don’t, they have to draw. The one with no cards left wins. There are also cards that cause the next player to miss a turn or draw extra cards. There are cards that cause the direction of play to change. These keep the game interesting. It’s great for my kids!

    Makes learning fun!
My six year old has loved this game. Sitting down to read a book doesn’t keep her attention and flash cards are down right boring. This game has been very engaging for her! I would absolutely recommend this game!

    Good game
Took a few weeks for the kids to decide that they liked the game, I recommend taking out all the draw 4s (atleast from the first deck) as it plays much much smoother. If you take out all the specials you can also play with 2 people. Good game.

GREAT WAY TO PRACTICE DECODING SKILLS
Basically an UNO game that uses letters and sounds for its categories. Love every single ting about this game! My young learners see it as a board game instead of a learning activity. There are three variations of the game, each very easy to follow. The cards are sturdy and the colors are vivid, and packaged in a well constructed box as well. Highly recommended product for the price.

    Helps my son with reading
My son has dyslexia and doesn’t enjoy reading. This was recommended by his tutor and he loves to play it! Makes me, his mom, happy to see him engaging with words and having fun while learning.

Use this for middle years, reading intervention groups, and the kids love it. I did remove some of the extra cards (pick-up-four cards for ex) because there seemed to be too many and kids were missing the point of the game. But when I removed half of those, The kids didn’t notice a difference and love the game just as much. Would definitely recommend for practicing phonemic awareness.

I saw this game recommended on an Orton Gillingham FB group. I am always looking at fun ways to help teach my kids who are both diagnosed with learning challenges. They absolutely love this game. It’s UNO like in play, has three levels of difficulty, and QR codes to help with sounding out the words. (This is extra helpful as I also have a learning challenge.)Would strongly recommend for anyone who is trying to incorporate phonics in a fun way with your kids.
