Not bad but there are way better options
This is a very random assortment of information, what bothers me the most is that the table of contents in the front is a list of random topics (not sorted by chapter/topic) or glossary in the back, so you can’t find specific topics/information that you want. It just feels like a big book of CPT word vomit. Very important word vomit, nonetheless. The quality of information is good I suppose, but I found quite a few typos and a lot of key topics are too light – The OPT model description throughout the book is VERY LACKING. Just overall not that great. Another weird thing is that it doesn’t go in the some chronological order as the NASM CPT-7 Exam Content so I found it as more of a standalone study resource rather than a supportive resource for that. Also not a lot of focus on the OPT Model or under-active/overactive muscles, which is a HUGE part of the exam. Not one of the 120 practice exam questions had either of these topics. Just weird, and if I were you, I would keep looking!
