Every time I scratch my nails down someone else’s back I hope you feel itEvery time I scratch my nails down someone else’s back I hope you feel it….This…..stuff is amazing first use results below:I have very sensitive skin, recently went Alkaline/Vegan and prior to that become adamant at reading labels. I used previously Aveeno Therapeutic shave gel, and I think Gillette Satin Care ultra sensitive skin (light blueish green can) anyways, I wanted something simple chemical free and a month.5 ago I stopped with Aveeno and wanted to try this and well my legs have been on fire oddly. I suffer from eczema, so I thought I was stressed or ate something cause my legs and thighs were itching. No bumps blemishes just itchy irritated skin when i scratch.This past weekend, I put two and two together and realized it had to be the Satin Care. I researched and came across this product and decided to try.1-2 nickle size should cover your entire body. I suggest showering first, getting your body clean and wet, dont dry off. Take the amount needed (a little does go far) and then rub it on the areas you are shaving. It says it would stay lathered so I wanted to apply all at once versus what I used to do having to start and stop with the other two products because the product would dry up.Well initially this one will lather and look it. Obviously as you begin to dry so does the product. AMAZINGLY I didn’t reapply product. I just rubbed water on my thigh when I got to it, butter smooth. I was amazed. It does look clear like nothing is there but the razor still goes over and you can feel the product is still there.I haven’t felt this SMOOTH all over in at least 3-4 yrs. I never used to shave but have been trying to regain that first shave baby smooth and no products would do it. I would shave up down left right etc and the hair stayed.Well this stuff…man….my thighs feel so friggn smooth like omg my husband is gonna devour me later.No sticky residue left over no mess to clean up it just works well. Upon finishing I do enjoy the product smell and its SIMPLE ingredient list! I am into nature natural stuff so the smell is awesome to me. That said, like I do after shaving I shower again and to my surprise upon getting out and air drying before applying my smell goods and lotions. I had NO irritation, (forget to say when you first apply it, it gives you a tea tree oil/eucalyptus aroma therapy menthol type of airy feel that feels awesome) I didn’t have to use witch hazel on my body to seal cuts and coconut oil to soothe the irritation. I was too excited! So I tried my luck, I usually apply body oils (that would sting on the previous two shave gels I used if I apply right after a shave)……..well with this product I was able to use them and felt NO burn (like applying alcohol over a cut) it didn’t bother me @ all! I am just ..wow.where have you been all my life

Having to find a new product for hubby since his shave creme is discontinued. He’s got really sensitive skin with psoriasis. If a shave product has too much drag, it really burns his skin on his face. This was our first attempt at replacing his old product. He didn’t like this one. Says it left his face feeling like it was covered in grease. He says it was ok for the feel of running the razor over his face, but, he didn’t like the feeling after. Even with rinsing it felt greasy to him. I have a little different opinion and now use this as a shave gel for my legs. I don’t have issues like sensitive skin on my legs, so I’m a pretty easy please as far as shave products go. This one is better than most, but, I won’t be switching from the product I normally buy. Not necessarily because it is inferior, just, I’m not AS impressed by this product as the other.The smell was not unpleasant. To me it reminded me of a cedar chest. the smell doesn’t linger, so it’s not like I smell like I’m wearing men’s cologne.So, in summary, I would recommend anyone try this product. It’s a good product. A lot more natural than a lot of the chemical laden products that are mass produced so cheaply but make your skin and our environment suffer.

Great quality shave gel!
I’ve been on the hunt for a quality shave gel or lotion or cream that was naturally based and CLEAN but it’s been so hard to find something. I was so happy to try Another Close Shave after reading the ingredients. I’m happy to report that this product has exceeded my expectations. I have a very thick beard but the shave I get using it is so close that my face feels smooth all day.I do find the scent of the product a little tough to get used to. The Castor Oil gives off a slight petrol smell — it’s not quite off-putting but it’s definitely not something I’m used to after having used traditionally-scented shaving creams in the past.All told, this is a great product and I will definitely buy it again and can recommend it to others without any reservations. Enjoy!

Great shave gel
This gel is incredible! I have tried at least 10 different shave gels in the past few months and none of them get as close of a shave as this! I am a larger woman and only use less than a nickel sized amount of gel to shave my entire leg and underarms and have to shave much left often because the close shave is incredible! It glides so well with the razor and does not break out my skin. The scent is slightly manly but it is not over powering nor does it linger for long. This formula is great!

i love the way it smells, how it feels, and most importantly how it improves my shaving experience. i use an edwin jagger razor, and i always thought it gave me a great shave no matter what shaving cream or gel i used, and while i still love my razor and know that it provides quality, i realize just how much difference a good shaving gel makes. my skin feels smoother and less abraded after using this, and it does feel like i’m able to get a closer shave with this stuff. 10 out of the 18 ingredients are not organic, but i won’t take any points off because they are all natural materials, and its a small ingredient listâplus bentonite clay isn’t a living thing so i don’t think you’d be able to find that certified organic anywhere. the company is a small one out of portland that makes small batches of their products, so they seem to be on the same ethical page that i am.love this product, will definitely buy again when i run out (which i don’t think will be soon because you really don’t need to use much for a shave!)

I thought it was a glass bottle. Alas, it is just brown plastic. Another sea turtle goes to heaven.The product inside is just “fine.” I wouldn’t use it in place of a shave soap, but it might be useful to use in combination with shave soap if you’re extra sensitive.
