Beware if you are not good with big pills. There is a score to break the pill in half of you choose for a smaller dose but it is notttt easy to go down, it’s easier for me to even take the whole pill. This is not a product flaw by the way, just a general acknowledgement and PSA with this type of supplement

a great supplement
Having 600mg of calcium per caplet means I only have to take two a day, so I can take them in the morning and evening, saving the afternoon for my iron, to keep at least two hours in between (iron prevents calcium from being absorbed). They’re large caplets but I don’t have any trouble swallowing them.
