Improvement after a month
My nails have never been stronger. I think my hair loss has improved. I donât see where itâs done much for my skin yet but hey, 2 out of 3 is acceptable. I do think compared to other brands that itâs much more affordable.Updateâ¦.my eyelashes have noticeably grown longer & thicker!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Results speak for themselves. Iâve been taking these since about mid August, itâs now late October. I have used no other product on my eyelashes. Havenât noticed a difference for my hair yet, but thatâs to be expected after only 2 and a half months.
