After having gastric bypass a few years ago, a good quality vitamin is needed to help keep me healthy. These vitamins have kept my vitamin levels in the normal range. I like they have less fillers. They are quite large but I donât have a lot of trouble taking & doesnât have a bad taste. Better value to buy than to get a Walmart.

Iâve been using this multivitamin for a number of years. I like the fact the ingredients are food derived rather than chemically created. So many other types will make you sick if not taken with a meal. I can take this first thing in the morning, before any food or drink and it doesnât upset my tummy. It includes all the important nutrients and micronutrients that are difficult to get unless you grow your own food, properly process and store it for optimal nutrition, and make sure you eat itâ¦which is difficult in Alaska. Even if you do that, itâs unlikely you would take in the range of nutrients in this supplement.
