My daughter bought me this formula based on how popular it was with customers at our local Whole Foods, where she was the Whole Body manager for a few years while she was in college. Thank god she did! I’m in my 60’s, and I had been on a prescription blood pressure med for 5 yrs. and was suffering from side effects; the meds seemed to actually raise my bp, usually spiking to 180’s+ at night – in addition to causing leg cramps and chronic congestion that also interfered with my sleep. In the last few months, my doctor tried me on 2 other meds, and each caused intolerable side effects within 48 hrs.I went off all pharmaceuticals at that point, cold turkey, and started the BP Manager. It took about a month to fully kick in, and my bp did not spike during that month. But then it really took effect and my bp went from 140’s-160’s to 110-120’s. Amazing! I take my bp daily, and it’s never higher than the 120/80’s. I take 3/day with food, and I’ve been on it for 3 months now. The label says that it “maintains blood pressure levels that are already in the normal range;” but I think that’s just the marketing politics of big pharma’s suppression of effective natural products, because this product definitely reduced my bp from the “hypertensive” range to the normal range. It’s more effective than the pharmaceutical I’d been taking, and with no side effects. It really works to lower blood pressure, but it might take you a month or so for it to build up enough. My doctor is on board with me, and is interested in it herself. In my experience, most doctors are uneducated in anything other than pharmaceuticals, so it’s really up to the patient to be your own advocate and explore alternative options – and help educate your doctor, even if they act dismissive. The proof is in those bp readings!This product has improved my life dramatically. I no longer have the constant cramps, and I sleep so well now that I no longer need to use my cpap, which I had been using for several months because of the chronic congestion. I will continue to take it, and the cost per month is very reasonable through Amazon. My one bit of advice would be to give it a month or so to build up in your system, and be sure to monitor your own bp daily. It has rescued me from frequent 200/110 bp readings at night to 110/69. Wish I could shout it from a mountain top!

I don’t hate it but it was a complete waste of money.
I went through two bottles of this stuff over a two month period and I started out with 1 tablet increasing to two tablets then to three and it really did nothing for my blood pressure.

Real good stuff
This stuff made my blood pressure go down alot but it made me real sleepy during the day, so I started taking one tablet at night when I was going to sleep.I would recommend this to anyone that has high blood pressure,just talk to your doctor first. My blood pressure went from 143 over 93 to 117 over 75. That`s pretty good.

It helped with my pressure
I don’t have extremely high blood pressure it was running anywhere from 130 to 140 and I wanted to bring it down naturally. I exercise and I watch what I eat. I have reduced salt intake, but i need more assistance I read the reviews and figured I would try it. I was buying the GNC brand, but this one really seems to work for me. I recommend this product.Update- I just bought it again because my blood pressure is now normal!
