High Cost of Energy
I was looking forward to trying these mints because I desperately need help staying awake during the day (there is nothing medically wrong with me), and having any energy at all is my goal. So, I ordered the cinnamon flavor and I must say it tasted nothing like cinnamon. Still yet, it wasnât bad tasting at all. Also, the serving size indicated on the product is two mints at a time. Two mints did absolutely nothing for me. I tried two mints several hours later, and still nothing. The next day, I skipped two at a time, and went right to taking four at one time. Now, that worked! I was able to stay awake, had a little extra energy, but with absolutely no jitters afterwards. I am NOT advocating that anyone do that. I am just relating my own experience. So, overall, while it was not totally worth the high cost, it DOES work at times (depending on how many), and I might buy again.

These mints are not what I expected, super chalking like sucking on Tylenol chews as a kid, and it take a while for it to kick in, when it does, I feel over heated at room temp and I feel like the only way to cool my skin is to get a fan on my face. I do feel a little burst of energy but Iâm kinda upset I donât get the same affects as others claim. I would recommend trying at a smaller QTY to see how your body reacts to it before going gung-ho like I did spending $30 on mints I thought I would be obsessed with. These mints are the best and definitely a life changer , I take the mints to help me bring me a boost of energy while on a long shift at work they take around 15-25 mins to kick in they are legit on focus and energy the taste is a bit strong but taste pretty good mint flavor , they smell really good! The price for this product is definitely worth it for the price I will never stop using these mints . Great for relaxing also ! Quality is big sized but definitely worth it . They are keto friendly !
