Iâve been using a tea tree anti-dandruff shampoo due to scalp irritation, but noticed that it was leaving buildup on my hair and scalp. I have oily hair. It’s very fine, so it soaks up oil on my scalp immediately.After I wash it, no matter what shampoo/conditioner/leave in products I do or don’t use, I get the same results – it looks good for 1 day, then it looks okay for 1 day, then greasy for 1 day, then ridiculously, unacceptably greasy and dirty after that. I am so envious of people who say they wash their hair once or twice per week. I’m an every-other-day (mayyyybe every 3 days if I am staying at home) kind of a girl. Which is annoying and inconvenient, considering how lazy I am.This shampoo has not changed my life, and my hair continues to get greasy after only 2 days. I tried it for like two months, and man it’s good, I am a young man, my hair has medium length, super greasy, the smallest effort, work, gym, walking or stress would create an oil factory in my head and this one definitely did the job of cleansing it. But it does dry out the hair if you wash daily like I do. So I still had to use a conditioner, one from OGX with apple cider vinegar. They work like a charm
