It is the best natural, non aerosol, dry shampoo Iâve tried. Itâs easy to apply and work in with a makeup brush and really helps manage the oily nature of my hair. It doesnât make my scalp itch after a couple days of use when extending windows between washes which is nice because I have experienced that with others but it does leave some residue when it has been freshly applied. It helps to work it in with my fingers and blow dry it a bit. It also works to put it in before bed to let it set in over night.Very little smell if any. It isnât white where your head looks like you clapped black board erasers over yourself, or dark brown where my fingers are discolored from working it in, itâs a great balance of being only slightly tinted.

Blends in well, hair looks cleaner than any other dry shampoo Iâve ever used! I pat this powder puff onto the dry shampoo lightly, then dab the powder puff with a little of the dry shampoo on it onto my hair and softly rub it in circular motion onto the greasy areas and then flip the top layer over of hair, do it again on the new layer, etc until the hair looks fresh all over (and it does!!! Iâve never had a dry shampoo that DOESNâT look like powder is still in my hair! You canât see any residue/streaks [but you have to rub/blend it in])!!! Thank you Back2Naturalness!!!

Best Dry Shampoo I’ve used
I’ve never tried a powder dry shampoo. usually I just get the spray can ones but hate how they leave white marks or flakes in hair. I decided to give this powder dry shampoo a try and I LOVE IT. i will continue to use this shampoo. It doesn’t leave hair feeling dry and smells good.

Like putting makeup in your hair
This somewhat works and does reasonably well at absorbing oil. And I like that my hair wasn’t super stiff or strawlike after using it, although it definitely affects the texture of my hair. (For reference, I’m a white person with medium-thick, lightly wavy hair, maybe 2b.)The issues I had were: it’s difficult to apply. I found that applying it with a makeup brush took forever and wasn’t really working anyway. I basically would up putting some in my hand and dabbing it along my parts with my fingers. Then I massaged it in, waited a few hours and/or slept with it, and then brushed my hair.I didn’t notice any big problems with it looking like color on my scalp or hair, even though it looks like a mineral foundation in the container. However, when I was going about my day 12 hours later and I started sweating, it created staining on my face and shirt.If you’re looking for something for exercising, as some people use dry shampoos, I wouldn’t recommend this. I’d only recommend it if you rarely or never sweat and if you don’t plan on wearing anything on your head or having your hair past your shirt collar.

Iâve not used this enough to say for sure but I like the fragrance and the fact that itâs all natural Iâm just not sure that it works well enough for my hair. I have very fine hair and the oil is hard to hide. I like the way dry shampoo provides techture as well as hides the oil but Iâm going to keep trying this product.

Favorite Dry Shampoo
I have tried Batiste and Dove, and this powder is so much better. Batiste was difficult to blend into my dark brown hair. Dove blended well, but the scents were overwhelming to the point where I couldn’t wear perfume. I hated the spray aspect of both, and would hold my breath until I was done. I wanted a loose powder, and this one is fantastic. I use a fluffy blush brush to apply directly to my hair where it needs it and blend it with my hands. The scent is very light, and my hair looks refreshed. Plus, this container is going to last a while, making it cheaper than the spray shampoo, which I was flying through. I only wish there was a sifter on the container. It’s very messy to open if you’ve traveled with it or tilted it.

Used an empty applicator bottle that I had as very difficult to apply evenly otherwise.This product did nothing but make my hair dusty looking. Other dry shampoo powders (which I canât find anymore) would provide texture, made your hair look thicker and easier to style.
