I have been searching for a vitamin that has all the supplements I take which are expensive. By taking this i only have to have 6Womens probiotic, magnesium, iodine, zinc, msm, lutien. Iodine and zinc is not needed everyday as it is already in vitamin. Additionally a lot of other vitamins have way too much of some things which cause adverse effects. So far i am loving these. They have not made me anxious with the too much b vitamins but have seemed to provide energy. I need a couple of months to see a real difference or not.

I JUST got these a few days ago. My main expectation is met: these do NOT make me sick to my stomach! I’m literally so sensitive to every little pill I take, it has been impossible to take multi-vitamins. This, however, I can’t even tell I have taken one, and that’s really saying something! So, to my fellow sensitive tummy-havers, you’re safe with these!As for how well they work in terms of health, remains to be seen, but I am very optimistic! Will update after a few weeks of use!
