Love it!
I change my shampoo and conditioner every 4-6 months. This makes my hair feel great after the last month I’ve been using it. I’ve been using the repairing leave-in Bond treatment almost daily and my hair feels really soft. I haven’t seen where it “repairs split ends”. There isn’t a miracle cure of split ends & I know that. My hair feels great right now!

Horrible Customer Service
I really like this shampoo but I will not buy again cause the service was awful. I only received an bottle of shampoo, not conditioner no hair mask and no refund. I tried contact Amazon Customer Service they said I had to go through Nexxus and they told me it was an Amazon issue and that I had to contact them. The only way to get a refund was to return all three items which I did not get. Not worth the time money and effort which is unfortunate cause this is a great shampoo would have loved to try the other products and probably would have continued to buy if it wasnt for the poor service.

I donât usually believe the hype that beauty products say about themselves, but Nexxus is a good brand that I have used before, so I thought I would try this product. I have been using this shampoo-conditioner-amino bond treatment for a week and can report that I can tell a positive difference in my hair.The shampoo cleans well and rinses out nicely. The conditioner is, like most conditioners, a bit too thick, does not rinse out easily, leaves a slick feeling on the skin, a dangerous slippery spot on the shower floor, and clogs the drain cover so that water backs up. And that is with using a minimal amount, maybe a blob the size of a sugar cube in the palm. However, unlike most conditioners, it has not made my hair greasy: I can get away with two days of not washing and not have my hair look bad.The amino bond after-treatment is the best. I put a little bit, maybe the size of two peas, in my hand, rub both hands together, then work it into my towel-damp hair. You just leave it in. The directions say to leave for three minutes then style as normal, I assume meaning donât use a hair dryer right away, but since I air dry and donât use a curling iron or anything like that, just leaving it in and combing my hair when fully dry works fine. This treatment has made my hair look fuller, feel softer, and yes, shinier, but most amazing is that it is bringing out the natural color more vividly.I donât color my hair, but it is going grey. Other than at the temples, the silver strands are scattered everywhere and have been making my hair look a bit dingy and faded over the past year. A week of using these Nexxus amino bond products, and my hair looks a deeper, richer color, even with the silver. So maybe there is some truth in their claims that this product restores the protein bonds and repairs damaged hair.Of course, Iâve only used this for a week, so I have no idea about what will happen later. I have found that a lot of hair products start out well and then tend to build up in the hair later, making it look worse than before. And in the past, I have only used Nexxus shampoos, not conditioners, and no after-products; those have been good quality shampoos. So I am holding out hope for this trio, although I may stop using the conditioner, because of the issues stated above (slippery floor and clogged drain being the worst). Nevertheless, I do strongly recommend this product.
