Been using the Revlon one step for about 4 years. and it was time for an upgrade after two years of using my current one.Pros: price point for the amount of attachments that come with it. What I like about the big barrel is the that the extra bristles are only on the sides and not all around which lead to less damage and breakage on the hair. You will still get the necessary grip. Hair is smooth and feels silky. I did like the small curling barrel. It added more dimension to my hair. Did not take long to use since I used it towards the end of my hair. Overall my hair felt good and it did its jobs.Cons: it took longer to dry my hair than usual. The barrel is smaller and the wattage is less then what I am used too. It took longer for it to heat up.Overall, I did like the results but did not like that it took longer for me to do my hair. As you can see my hair is very long. With the revlon it would take me no longer than 25 minutes to dry my hair. This one took me almost 40 minutes. Right now Iâm considering returning it just because of that reason.

To my surprise, another Amazon customer’s name and full address were on the box. In addition, there was a sticker stating FC RET. I assume that can only mean that another customer returned this product and it was sent to me. This is incredibly unprofessional and does not protect the privacy of Amazon clients. In addition, it tells me that this product was likely used and returned by someone else, making this a refurbished product and not as listed in the description.
