On a recommendation I bought this and am very pleased.My hair was falling out. I know I lose less hair and my hairis shinier than ever. Can’t say my hair is growing in, but itcertainly is not any thinner. Perhaps it’s even slightly thicker.Silky and shiny is how my hair is left. My 23 year old starting losing his hair when he lost over 100 lbs in 9 months. Not sure why? He has tried a few different products, but this one I am noticing his (less hair) spots look to be thicker.
