    Not What I Thought It Would Be But I Loved It
    I was initially disappointed with all of the carb-free recipes in the book after reading the title that included ‘no point weight loss’. But further into the book I got, there were normal carb recipes, but also carb-free bread and buns recipes too (I gotta invest in almond and coconut flour!) Overall the book is full of healthy but very delicious recipes.

    No point diet is great solution to sustain for a long time
    Weekly meal prep and guides are beneficial for looking ahead and planning a shopping list. Delicious Cherry Pear Smoothie is my favourite; it looks and tastes fantastic. While BBQ Chicken and vegetables are perfect for family dinner. Very well-written recipe book. Learning new things like Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen made me more aware of better choices.

    Lots of Delicious, Heathy Recipes!!!
    This book contains lots of delicious yet healthy recipes. Wide variety of different food types so there’s honestly something for the whole family. I’ve only tried a couple of these recipes so far but they were both amazing & didn’t leave me feeling too full or bloated. Helps you loose weight the healthier way without sacrificing flavor. I highly recommend!!!
