This is a very intense roller which is what I was looking for. I graduated up from a basic foam roller and needed more. This is perfect for the piriformis muscle which I usually need a tennis ball to get to. It actually bruised my legs so take it easy at first. My hips and lower back tightness has improved tremendously! I use this nearly every day. It only takes a few minutes and you will have great relief if you stick with it.

Too Hard on My Body
This massage roller came partially charged, so I was able to try it out right away. You can tell what intensity you have it set on by the blue lights on the end of the roller. The ad says it weighs 1.4 lbs, but what I received is heavier at 3.30 lbs.
I realize this is supposed to mimic a deep tissue massage, butâ¦wow. Either Iâm a total wimp or this thing is brutal. My guess is itâs partially the former. Iâm no spring chicken, and I think it takes a lot of upper body strength to properly do some of the moves in the instruction manual. I found it next to impossible to hold myself in some of the positions necessary for certain body areas. That being said, even the moves I *was* able to do were super uncomfortable. This device is made out of some pretty hard foam, and the raised bumps really dug into my flesh, even through clothes.
If I thought it was just a matter of getting used to it, Iâd be willing to try to work myself up to it over time. But, in reading the manual, I discovered it canât even be used for my specific needs. The instructions say NOT to use it on the neck or lower back. I have chronic back pain â mainly in the lower back â and thatâs why I got this. Nothing in the ad mentioned that you shouldnât use it in that area. Since the last thing I want is to risk further injury, this roller isnât going to be of much benefit. It may work well for others who are in better shape or are already familiar with how to use this type of roller but, for me, it was very disappointing.

Strong vibration
Strong vibration on the lowest setting, and there are 5 settings in all! Bumpy shape helps the vibrations dig into muscles. I’m using this for restless leg syndrome and have only needed to use the first lowest setting so far!

I like it and then it stopped working
This is like my 7th vibrating roller. They all eventually die. Seems everything is made to last for a little while. This one lasted @ 2 weeks. I have a much older vibrating roller that still works as a back up. That’s how important an aggressive vibrating roller is to me. I have back ups for when they die.
I will be seeing about a return/replacement, but really don’t like going through the hassle of boxxing it up to return it. Hopefully they just send me another one.

I donât have a picture because returned it, for me the teeth werenât big enough and the vibration wasnât strong enough as well, but because I have back pain I need something more strong but maybe for you it can work better
