The best omega-3s weâve tried yet
I have always refused and hated taking omega-3s/fish oil etc ⦠this is the first one Iâve taken that does not leave a gross taste in your mouth. It has no taste or after taste what so ever. They are quite big, but I donât struggle to swallow it maybe due to it being more gel like. It is easy to swallow and doesnât taste bad. It helps so many things including pain and just general functioning all around. You would think that the ingredients having deep sea fish oil, sardines, mackerel etc it would be gross but it isnât at all. Quality safe ingredients are put into it and for the price, the help it gives and the value size is perfect.
