Well Made and Easy to Use
I purchased this after watching the knees over toes guy on youtube. This is a very well made, simple to use piece of equipment. It did take some time getting the strap adjusted but once that was done it works very well. This exercise is tougher than it looks so you may want to use something like a TRX or even a broom stick to help guide yourself down to your strength level. I have been doing these exercises once per week since I received it and am making progress but it is still not an easy move and my hamstring let me know they are getting work, HARD.The only thing I would like to see better is a different piece to pull against the door. Not that the one supplied is ineffective it just binds up against the door and can be a pain to slide along it. Really that is a minor complaint.

Good for home and minimalist Nordic curls, but can be better
So far has held up construction-wise, but I am not long into its use. Immediately noticed is that the cylinder that holds on the opposite side of the door could be larger – my doors have highly variable clearances, and some were so far off the ground that with enough force the securing cylinder squished under the door and came out. Additionally, the way the adjustment strap is designed, it holds length under tension but not at all when not under tension. So you will likely need to adjust it every single time. Poorly designed adjustment buckle.Accounting for all this, if you are mindful in use of the NordStick, it can serve you well in doing Nordic Curls without needing a full bench.

At first I was was skeptical but this actually works really well! You will definitely need some sort of padding for your knees! I purchased it to help strengthen my hamstrings because I just donât have the time to go to the gym.. itâs not no overnight miracle cure but I have noticed my hamstrings are feeling stronger and less fatigued within the 2 weeks Iâve been using it! Iâve also only been using my body weight just fyi. Later Iâll start holding some weight ..

Great hamstring exercise until the plastic buckle snaps
Used it once or twice a week for about 6 months and then the plastic buckle gave out on me mid exercise. Almost pulled a hammy!! Wish it was a bit more durable but served its purpose prior to snapping. I am 190 lbs for reference. Prob will move to the pro

Door anchor not like what’s pictured. When you open the door the door rolls over the end and raises the door up throwing it off it’s hinges and messes up the door framing.
