Love these boots!
Arrived exactly as advertised, great looking boots. I got the brown and black ones. These are quite possibly the most comfortable boots I’ve put on, from day 1! Keeps my feet warm and dry. Great value for the money!

Great For The Outdoors!
The NORTIV 8 Men’s Mid Hiking Boots are great for the outdoors. I don’t take these on my casual hikes, as they are a bit bulky and heavy for that. These boots are more for the tougher hikes or for camping. Great protection and will keep your toes relatively dry. These are water-resistant on the outer shell, so be careful not to purposely trudge through water. The gusseted tongue helps keep out small racks and debris which I am usually fishing out of my normal shoes halfway through a hike. The shoelaces are okay, but you’ll need to double knot these to keep them secure.

Seem well-made
Got these for my son who works in a kitchen, so these get wet a lot when it’s time to clean up. He says he’s pleased with these boots. No-slipping and his feet stay dry. Also says his feet stay comfortable (as much as can be expected) while standing all day.Son says he’d recommend to others.

OK hiking boot.
So let’s start with what I like. The construction seems to be very good. I didn’t see any problems with stitching or the boot looking like it wants to come apart. The tread on the sole is very aggressive which is nice in a hiking boot. And the sizing seems to be off a some. My foot fits in right, and all the parts of the boot seem to be in the right place like the arch support and the length of the shoe. But it seems to me to be very narrow. My toes feel cramped from side to side. I wore them for a few days thinking they would stretch out. But so far they haven’t. I can wear them for a day, but if I wear them for two or three days in a roll I dread putting them on. I may try getting them wet and wearing them until they are dry.I just don’t like putting that much work into a new pair of boots.
