This fish oil tastes like lemon, and I am very happy with my purchase. Put it in the fridge after you open it. Take it with a meal. It has no after taste, and goes down smoothly.

I mixed 1/2 Tablespoon with Greek Yogurt plus honey: it was delicious, with zero fish-aftertaste.So glad to see “Made in Norway” on this NOW liquid fish oil. Years ago we bought Barlean’s liquid fish oil: not happy with fishy taste. Update: We ordered our 4th bottle, best sleep ever with this before bed. I take it straight by the spoon. For my kid I made blueberry waffles to drizzle this on top, my kid loves it. Fish oil is known to help with speech, improve mood and sleep. I notice vivid dreams when I take this before bedtime, great sleep! Fish oil promotes hormonal balance in menopausal women … it works better than drinking spearmint tea before bed time. The high amount of Omega-3 (at 740 EPA and 475 DHA) in the liquid form, at 32 cents per spoon is worth it for a good night sleep. I like fish-oil before bed, since my mind is clear and sharp when I wake up. Fish oil is known to improve memory in older people.UPDATE: We bought the 3rd bottle of this product, since we had to pay for shipping, we bought the larger size: DISAPPOINTED … the oil in the large size was too fishy. I would buy this only in smaller size, and in the winter to prevent the fish oil from being stinky & fishy. Most likely can’t finish the LARGE bottle, too stinky. Thus I changed my rating from 5 star to 4-star.

This Now Foods’ product has been in my life for a long time, as have many of Now’s supplements. They are a company I’ve long trusted for quality and price. Here’s an example of their professionalism. I consume spirulina powder as it’s one of my nutritional power foods. Now Foods has the spirulina I wanted to consume in an ongoing routine. I called Now’s Research & Development director some time ago. I was questioning its source of origin and was reassured it was a clean product from a very good geographical location he’d been to, touring the growth and manufacture of their spirulina powder. Well it doesn’t get better than that.I use Now’s fish oil in conjunction with my use of Ubiquinol as the fish oil enhances the efficiency of the ubiquinol. I searched for some time to find a good fish oil I could literally ‘drink out of the bottle’ and found it with Now’s omega fish oil. It’s really not so bad and certainly is quick and easy. I have a small bottle of it in the frig I fill from a big bottle as needed. Now’s omega fish oil works well with it’s slight lemon flavor. I don’t mind how something tastes when I know its beneficial. So give it a chance, don’t be a pansy and your health will benefit.If you shop around, you’ll find affordable retail sources of it. Right now 4/30/20 on Amazon, I purchased it for a fair price. Each bottle carries a ‘best if used by date’, and I can say the brown glass bottle it’s in is a very sturdy bottle and survives falls to the floor.Hard for me to say if it has helped my compressed spine discomforts as I also make use of medical marajuana salve and CBD oils, so didn’t rate it’s pain relief factor.

Not sure if worth
I give this to my dogs. They love it. However I am not sur, if it’s a quality product mostly because the oil is very light and thin.Have bought it twice in hope that I can see results in my dogs skin and with allergies.
