    I love NOW brand vitamins for so many reasons. I started taking calcium and magnesium to help with milk supply while nursing, but found it’s my secret to getting a great nights sleep. It’s also helped with my restless legs during my 2nd pregnancy.

    Convenient, and good economy at 250 tablets twice a day=125 days worth vs another well known brand of 250 tablets at 3 per day= 83 days worth. I have used NOW Products previously and have ben very good over time, also Works out better value and “easier to Remember”..

    タブレットは大きいが、ツルンとして飲みやすい。ざらざらして喉にひっかかるネイチャーメ○ドのマルチミネラルよりだいぶ飲みやすいほど。一粒にＣＡ５００ｍｇ、Ｍｇ２５０ｍｇというのは上記マルチミネラルの２倍。不足知がちなカルシウムとマグネシウムを効率よくとるにはこのサプリはオススメ。入金から１０日で届きました、あと、このＮＯＷの製品はいくつか頼んだことがあるのですが、毎回フタが汚れています。ふたの気密性がかなり低そうです。酸化が少し心配。

    カルシウム不足の食生活の為、サプリで補うことを検討しコスパ最優先でこれを買ってみました一日1000mgはちょっと多過ぎかとも思うので、適当にカットして２日に分けて飲み始めてますすると250錠の倍で500日分！　腐りやすいものじゃないと思いますが、保存がちょっと心配ですな（笑）あとタイトル通りですが、１錠まるまる使用する方は噛み砕いたら如何でしょう？　もちろん人に依ると思いますが、固いとはいえ私には噛み砕くことが難しくない程度でしたので。

    カルシウムは普通に食事をしているとなかなか十分な量が摂れません。なのでサプリで補っているのですが、ナウフーズのサプリは安くて大容量なので助かっています。発送も早く、海外発送なのに数日で届きます。品質も全く問題ありません。
