Great amino acid / product – works for me
I run about 30+ to 50+ miles a week and I am in my early 60’s. I’ve been able to maintain a certain weight, but no matter my exercise level the love handles would just not shrink. But now taking 2-4 grams of this product per day I have seen excellent results and actually have lost not only some inches but weight without changing anything. Another vitamin
This is another of the slew of vitamins & pills husband takes. Because some of his meds block absorption of key vitamins & minerals he uses these to fill what he’s missing. They were worth the money & he has been using them for awhile. This brand is top rated & he has never had any problems with them. They are a good buy for the money to know you’re getting a quality product.

Not sure if it’s doing anything, but I have less PVC’s
I have no idea why everyone is complaining about the size and how hard they are to swallow. I grab a bottle of water, and chew them up, then swallow!! No issues!! None!! Kinda sour taste (there is liquid at the center), but nothing horrible when taken with adequate amounts of water.

Recommended by my neurologist for my neuropathy.mjust started taking so too soon to say if they make a difference. These pills are really really large, if you have problems with swallowing pills then I would opt for getting 500mg pills/capsules and taking 2 of those.
