    Great product
I got this to add into the formula for rehabbing opossums. They get mbd very easily and this brand is perfect to use as a prevention for this awful disease. Would highly recommend

Zero Flavor and Rapidly Dissolves in Water.
I mix 1.5 teaspoons of this powder with about 2 ounces of water and then rinse and swallow with 2 more ounces of water to get rid of the slight chalkiness. There is no unpleasant aftertaste. My doctor has prescribed this as an Oxalate Blocker to foil my body’s production of Calcium Oxylate Kidny Stones. 1.5 teaspoons in water just before eating a meal is a pretty easy thing to do.

Dissolves well in room-temperature liquids. Increased my serum calcium quickly.
After parathyroid surgery, the doctor prescribed calcium carbonate. I told her that calcium carbonate hurts my stomach, but she encouraged me to take it anyway! I refused and used this Now Calcium Citrate powder instead. I’ve had four lab tests since being discharged from the hospital and each time the results showed my serum calcium to be either at or above goal. This citrate powder works.I mix it with room-temperature water. It’s not the best texture (chalky), but for me it’s preferable to swallowing large capsules or tablets that have unnecessary ingredients. My only complaint is the shape of the container. It’s impossible to reach the lower part of the container with a measuring spoon. The bottle is too tall and narrow. I have to tranfer the powder to a wide-mouth jar.

    Fulfills my needs easily
This powder is just so much better than those huge Calcium Citrate pills! Even the ones that say petite are are very large and hurt my throat so this powder is the best option for me!I just mix it into my juice with protein drink and I can’t even taste it!🤩Seven years ago I had an X-ray of my back and was told that I have osteopenia which is the start of osteoporosis. I went to my doctor last week to ask about having another scan done to see an update. He told me that he’s seen so many women come through his office having been on flow max that have very, very, very bad side effects from it that are far worse than osteoporosis. Unfortunately, he said that it can actually make jaw bones more prone to breakage and such. So, instead of doing the flow max, he highly recommended taking Calcium Citrate because it is the most bioavailable form of Calcium. But he said that in order to make it more bioavailable it should be supplemented with Vitamin D. And of course he said that I should be doing lots of weight bearing exercises because this exercise is so important for strengthening bones. This is a nice, big bottle (1st pic) that should last over 2 months when taking a teas. and a half (600 mgs per day which is the recommended amount online and on this bottle) in some kind of liquid. I tasted it alone (3rd photo) and it doesn’t really taste like anything, slightly chalky if you take more than a tiny bit, and it is the consistency of flour IMHO.The bottle has 2 safety seals (see second pic) for those that are interested.Hope this helps and wishing you all strong bones!🎉🌟

    NOW calcium citrate
NOW is a trusted supplement brand name in my house. It’s so easy to take a teaspoon of this powdered calcium citrate and throw it in my morning smoothie. At my previous yearly physical, my calcium blood levels were on the low end of normal. I can’t wait for my next yearly physical to see how my blood calcium levels have improved.

Easy to use and lite taste
I try to use supplements in liquid or sublingual method for better absorption. First time using calcium in powdered form. After a week of drinking this, I found I was very constipated. Since this was the only new supplement, I researched it. Low & behold this does cause that problem. So now I’ve cut back on frequency & amount of powder.

Since I am lactose intolerant, so getting enough calcium was a difficult task for me. This product really helped me!

Tried mixing this into coffee and other drinks, and the taste isn’t optimal. We stopped using it after a week or so and my partner is now eating calcium pills.

I think this is a great calcium supplement for those looking for a most natural way to increase their calcium intake. The ingredient list consists in vegan calcium powder only, nothing else! The plainer, the more comfortable I feel, especially if I am to take that supplement over a long period of time. Also, and as indicated on the label, the powder is indeed quite soluble and easily blends into your drink or juice, which certainly enhances its bio-availability in addition to being Calcium Citrate (citrate being perhaps the most bio-available form for calcium).I recommend this product.
