Love this one, you get the essential vitamin but no fishy aftertaste like in other brands. Easy to swallow, but it’s a big pill so beware. I might get a subscription for my gym stack vitamins. Great value overall

Having take Omega-3 supplements for many years, this product was disappointing. Generally, I go to the NOW supplements first for any supplement, but there is still only one brand of Omega-3 supplements that is high quality, is better for my the body, and is good enough that I trust the pet-formulated supplement by the same company for my dogâs health.

I’ve been dealing with depression since childhood. It was severe while I was on the implant brith control and started antidepressants during that time. For three years I tried different antidepressants, at one point being put on seven different mental health medications by my doctors. A month ago, YouTube decided to recommend a depression lecture by Professor Stephen Ilardi at KU called “therapeutic lifestyle change for depression”. It absolutely changed my life. I’ve watched the video multiple times and decided I needed to do everything he said to try and get better. He recommended this specifically since he knew it was great quality. I’m on week three and GO ORDER THEM ALREADY OMG WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!? An inflamed brain is a sick and depressed brain. This helps with brain inflammation. Two per day. Obviously there’s no cure-all and you should still eat a healthy diet and walk a minimum of 3 times per week and get sunlight to get better, but this should help. Give it a few weeks. Good luck!
