VERY VALUABLE for any trainer, but a MUST HAVE if you work with athletes at all.

Itâs the standard but itâs been out for forever
The actual book itself is good. Hard cover and all.The book material is on the older side. They will be updating it soon I believe. The basic science isnât likely to change but I would imagine normative data will shift.A must buy for those going after the CSCS. Be aware that the test is NOT based off of the book though.
