Lifestyle change will help growth
A real person trying to grow some hair back. I am on month 2, and still have a while to go. So far, my existing hair has thickened and rich looking similar to taking biotin daily. The great part is, new hair has grown around and in my bald spot in the back. My front is starting to regain hair as well. I would say about 15% to 25% new growth. I plan on taking this as I feel its worth the price. I have done some lifestyle changes to get it to work. I eat healthy, exercise daily, take my vitamins, wash my hair a couple times a week rather than daily, I use a serum and take the pills after dinner. The last thing is daily head massages to get the blood active. Thats about it, I highly recommend it!ð

Very happy with the results!
I am am a 65 old male, and for the last 15 years my hair has been receding and have a bald spot on top of my head. Then I saw a commercial about Nutrafol for men. As many of you I was skeptical too, and the price wasn’t cheap.Been using Nutrafol for 7 months in combination with daily head massages and Minoxidil. And I have never wrote a review for a product before. The results are really astounding for my age, the bald spot disappeared. and it stopped thinning and I grew new hair where my hair receded.I will keep using Nutrafol and hope with time the price will come down.

The pills are big and takes 4
Due to having this product for only 2 days I can’t talk about results. However I do not understand why I have to take 4 horse pills. I hate taking pills and it is hard for me to swallow big pills and it takes me about 10 minutes to suffer taking these pills. I really hope that this torture for me will be worth it in the end. They, I think they should make Higher dose pills because this is a common complaint in the reviews. I really want to get my hair back but don’t want the torture of 4 big pills. Most people 4 pills are nothing so that would be not a problem for them.

I decided to try this and it was NOT $88. Like almost half this price. They say you MUST use it atleast 3 or 4 months. They say that so they can get your money. The price went up from my first purchase. They say you wonât see any results until your 3rd or 4th month so this way when you DONT see any results after that time they already have almost $300 of your money. So they donât care if you buy it again. There are others that cost WAY less. Not to mentioned itâs SPONSERED so that means they are Paying Amazon to push their product. So donât buy it! They will say well did you use it for 3 months. Well if not you wonât see any results until you do. Then after 3 months paying almost $300 they will say, Well it may take a little longer. Just keep paying the $88 and you will see results. NAH! No thanks! I want to select 0 stars but they wonât let me.
