Seeing baby hairs!
When I had my first child, I was shocked by how much hair you lose during postpartum. I know you lose hair but didnât expect that much to the point where I had bald spots.I felt embarrassed and my confidents were down the drain.Being stressed out with a newborn and a first time mother did not help too of course.Fast forward to before I had my second child, I did research on what brand/supplements that would help with the hair loss and came across Nutrafol. Coincidentally one of my friends also mentioned that she took Nutrafol for hair loss and had positive results.With a bit of research on Nutrafol, I decided on this supplement to take for postpartum.It has been 2 month now and I can see results. They are not drastic but it is working. It took sometime but I notice a lot of baby hair around my hairline around the 1 and a half month mark.The company recommended taking this for 3-5 months so I would need to take it longer to see better results.It tastes like fish oil capsules but it doesnât have any aftertaste which is good. The bottle is glass and have weight to it. Itâs definitely high quality.It is quite pricey but if you are desperate and want real results, this would be good for you.

The ingredients are amazing!
Just looking at the ingredients on these makes me want to take them, as they are so nice! Iâve used the regular Nutrafol for women and has great results, so I have been really excited about trying these. They are pretty similar to the normal Nutrafol, but have some slightly different ingredients for postpartum.

In addition to helping my hair grow back postpartum, they also seemed to help my breast milk supply! Expensive but worth it. I bought two 3 month supplies back to back and no longer need it because my hair has grown back! 10/10 would buy again.

I received my order (2 months worth of vitamins) mid July 2023. The expiration date on the bottle is Aug 2023. That gives me 2 weeks of use of a 2 month order before they expire

Well Iâm gonna go ahead and give these 5 star for now.Itâs to soon to tell. They arrived sealed both of them and require to break the seal to get to the vitamins.They have a heavy taste of fish to me when swelling. Assuming itâs the omega 3 oils in the capsules.Anyway, will eventually return to update.
