This product really works great and quite quickly too! My hair seemed to stop growing longer after several short hair cuts, but by the middle of the first bottle of long hair vitamins, it started growing longer!! Thanks long hair vitamins! Also it makes for a nice little treat each day without worrying about adding calories or weight!! And they taste good too! You can swallow them whole if necessary. They do however stick to your teeth if you try chewing them so my suggestion is either swallow or suck on them till they’re gone and enjoy a nice bit of fruity lightly sweetened goodness each day! Be cautious when you try to swallow them whole because they are big and can be hard to swallow or for some people impossible. If you suck on them and flatten them out a bit first then you’ll be able to swallow them whole with no problems! ENJOY!

Yes!!!. It does work I have taken a whole month one bottle of long hair gummies. I’ve noticed results after 2 1/2 weeks after showering no hair clogging up the drain, less shedding/split ends, 50% less hair thru my fingers and brushes. Taken 4 or more bottles and can’t say I’ve noticed any extra length from my normal growth. I get very healthy food only and got the most benefit from using iodine and biotin before this product. I’m sure it would help anyone that doesn’t already eat healthy. I wanted longer hair fast and it has only grown as much as it was before.
