HUGE help getting the scale to budge
I have been taking one pill 15-30 minutes before lunch and dinner (I rarely eat breakfast, not a new habit, and if I do, I do NOT take a pill). I have had no side effects that have been noticeable. I have been tracking my weight most days and it looks like it took about 2 weeks to really ‘kick in’ where the scale is clearly, consistently going down (most days- an occassional bulky dinner will push it back up here or there). I am quite pleased with the results and have lost tangible weight, even taking the month off of intentional exercise (usually 4-5 times a week) due to injury. My activity level and cardio time is way down for now yet I am still losing weight.
I am definitely eating less without much effort. I’ll have a healthy snack in the afternoon most days but the niggle in my brain to snack, snack, SNACK even when I don’t need one is just…gone. I will enjoy some pizza or ribs or a couple homemade cookies on the weekend so it’s not as if I’ve severely restricted the amount or types of food I’ll eat. I eat carbs, even rice and potatoes (not much bread though)! So I’m not over here eating a salad at every meal or working out like a fiend (or at all right now) yet the scale is moving in the right direction, noticeably. This is after struggling FOREVER to take off stubborn extra weight I gained during a health issue. It’s been incredibly frustrating and it is a relief to find something that helps!!!
There is NO magic pill, effort is required, but for me personally, this product is worth every penny as I am truly seeing it help me finally get the weight coming off. Everyone’s experience will vary but I took off 10% of my weight loss goal in the first month (don’t forget, that’s with a halt to exercise and not much going on the first few weeks). I feel like it while I have been mindful of my eating habits, it is coming more naturally and easily. I can’t wait to see how it goes once I get back to my workout routine. Helps with weight management
I have been trying to lose weight for 10 months now since my daughter was born, and this product worked right away. The only downside I have experienced is GI upset. I have lost 10 lbs in 10 days! I know some of it was losing bloat from my monthy cycle, and I am taking this product in conjunction with apple cider vinegar. If you can tolerate the GI problems, perhaps this product is for you. I have been able to cut my kcals from 2200 to 1300 per day. I am not hungry as often and prefer to eat healthful foods with water instead of alcoholic or sweetened beverages.

Great supplement, bonus for perimenopause symptoms
First, I want to say Iâm a healthy late 40s with textbook blood sugar, HDL, & triglycerides (LDL leaves something to be desired, but couldâve been the steak I ate the night before). I donât take any medications for any issues. I havenât had a blood draw since Iâve started taking this product, so I have no idea if itâs helped my LDL. This review is based on personal experience. I started taking this in June. I lost 2 lbs a week for 6 weeks until I went on vacation & stopped taking it. I did experience some GI issues (hence the reason I stoppedâno need to be running to RR after every meal, especially on a 15 hr flight). I started taking it again when we got home; the weight loss has slowed/stopped but then, if Iâm honest, Iâm also not watching what I eat as much.
Now to the interesting part: while I experienced an infrequent cycle prior to starting berberine, the berberine (perhaps???) caused my cycle to start again, and it was quite heavy for 3 weeks straight. It stopped for a week, and then started back up for 2 weeks, then stopped for 2 weeks, then started again. It is a normal cycle now. BUT what I didnât realize until about a month taking it was that I didnât have night sweats, hot flashes, irritability, fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, and many of the other symptoms of perimenopause! It hasnât stopped them completely, but it has curtailed them by 90%. If for no other reason, this product is a WIN for me. The weight loss benefit isnât as strong (likely my fault), but Iâm just happy to feel like myself again.
Take with caution, but for ladies who want to face plant in the nearest snow pile five times a day, this may be a great product to ease those symptoms.

Quick results
I started using the product after looking for something to reduce bloating, blood sugar level and inflammation. I liked that there were no added ingredients. I take the recoomended 2 tablets a day. They are easy to swallow. I felt a difference in a couple of days. I no longer have the swelling in my ankles. I feel lighter. I am eliminating a lot more. I feel like I am functioning better. I can’t wait to check my blood sugar level. So far I have recommended it to about 15 people.

60lb Weight Loss!
I’ve lost about 60lbs in about 6 months with no extra effort or side effects. I haven’t changed what I eat, and no extra exercise routine. What I noticed is I just don’t eat as much. I get full fast! So even though I haven’t changed what I’ve eaten, Berberine has forced me to eat 2 bites of a burger and feel full, for example. It has also helped my blood glucose. I stop taking my Metformin/Glypizide. But that was a personal decision. My routine is taking 2 of these capsules and 2 LE Cinsulin tabs before I go to bed. Only because that’s when I remember.
I don’t know if that has anything to do with how effective it is. After about 3-4 weeks, I come off the Berberine tablets for about 5-7 days and then start again with the 2+2. Imagine if I ate more healthy and got off my tush and exercised. I’d be a featherweight…lol. Highly recommended!

Be aware before buying
Before buying, consider that if you have normal to low blood pressure, the berberine will drop your blood pressure after you ingest it. I have a 120/70 blood pressure and this morning I noticed that I got dizzy. I found out that my blood pressure was 100/53 in a blink of an eye. Also, the berberine is not working as fast and longer as initially. For these two reasons, I must find something else I can count on to stop the insulin. Be also aware that you can’t return this type of product.
