I am 5ft and 145lbs, I ordered a small. This keeps my chest compact to my body and thereâs barely any jiggle! The top also did not cut into my skin at all and was very comfortable! 5/5âï¸(Update, there is also no side boob at all and yet it doesnât cut into my armpits!)
