Worth it
I bought this for a camping trip I was going on over the weekend. The temperature during the day was close to 90F and the night was in the mid 60s. The fan really helped to cool me down after setting up camp. Being able to set it on a table and have it blowing on me was a life saver. I also hung it up in my tent and had it right above my head and the fan worked great. I only used the light for a few minutes but it seemed to work well too. It provided plenty of light for me to get settled in the tent.

Great for Camping or Power outages
I initially bought this to use while camping in the summer. When I first used it, I thought is was a pretty good little lamp/fan combo. However during a storm we lost power and my kids and grandfather were getting hot quickly. I took this fan out and set it up for them and it helped them greatly. After that initial storm we bought several more for the house. They last for a good amount of time even when the light is on and the fan on high. Plus it moves a good amount of air for a small batter powered fan. I will be using this often and probably purchase more as needed.

This lantern is what I’ve been looking for for years.There are many products out there that are similar but don’t quite have it all together.This one is the perfect combination of all the features one needs from a device you’ll be relying on in the middle of the woods.The LED light can be super bright or make a nice nightlight. The fan is powerful enough to keep the air in my 10-person tent from getting stagnant.But what I truly love about the device is the thought that went into its shape.It can easily be hung from a loop at the top of most tents. Once it’s hung, it’s light and fan are easy to turn on or off. The light illuminates a large area, making it feel like indoor ceiling lighting.Meanwhile, the fan is essentially a portable ceiling fan, making things more comfortable.The only thing missing is a rechargeable feature. Batteries are fine, but they can die at the worst time.A rechargeable battery option would make great backup power and could be charged in a car.For only a bit more than $25 USD, this lantern is worth every penny. Grab one now!! You won’t be sorry.

Bought this for camping and it was great! It arrived on time exactly as described! I hung it from the top of tent and it lit the tent up nicely at night! The fan didn’t freeze you out but it did keep it from being quite so hot in the tent. We loved it for our 6 person tent. The fan might not be strong enough for a tent any bigger. You would probably need a couple. Highly recommend for the smaller tents!

Good intensions, but….
We purchased this for our outdoor canopy. This product has a lot of good intensions built into it. However, there are some problems with it. First, the battery life that the product consumes is very rapid, so expect to go through a lot of batteries. Second, even with fresh batteries in it and you have the fan turned on high when suspended from the top of the canopy you don’t feel a lot of air and what we have is not a tall canopy-6 ft. tall. It does have a strong light with fresh batteries and the light lasts for quite some time. However, just be aware the construction of the fan itself is very fragile. The handle which covers the battery compartment does not lock so it can come apart from the rest of the fan very easily. As far as for usage in a Hurricane Emergency, if you have lots of batteries it would be better suited as a light source then as a fan. The product has good intensions but, could stand to have improvements.

We bought 2 of these for our tent camping trip. For reference we (2 people) used a 6 person tent with the rain fly on. We bought a pack of D batteries along with the fans and crossed our fingers. We set each fan on high every night, and woke up to the fan still running. The power was lower in the mornings because of battery consumption, but that is to be expected with fans. The lights and stands are a nice feature that we used multiple times. They are quiet and compact. Highly recommend!

Perfect to light up the tent and the fan is really really nice to have, gets the air flowing in the tent. The fan also really helped when it poured rain and water was leaking in the tent everywhere lol

Definitely good for the price! Fan more powerful than I expected, which is good! Will use it properly in 4 weeks at a festival but I think this will definitely help with that heavy heat inside the tent on a sunny morning and throughout the day. Even tempted to put it to use at home as it seems powerful enough. It takes 2 D batteries. I got Duracell so we’ll see how quickly it runs through those. Will update review, if necessary, after testing it out properly.

It would have been good to have had an option to recharge via USB, rather than just batteries that are taken in and out. Appears to do as it says but have not tested yet.
