I liked how easy it is to use… but ONLY after you are able to read the TINY INSTRUCTIONS… even with my 3.50 reading glasses I struggled to read this micro print! I’d think a company would consider the elderly eye sight when printing these directions… Other than that it worked fine….a little on the “cheap” side but it WAS cheaper so I can’t complain about that lol. If money is an issue like it is for us I would recommend this unit… but he prepared for the terribly small instructions!

Sync with app failed after 3 mo. and support was no help
The auto sync with the phone app was the decisive factor in choosing this product. The was interface was clunky but I finally got the hang of it. However the sync feature is buggy and it failed after 2-3 months. I called support. They said pull out the device battery to reset it. That would have dumped the 6 weeks of data I had entered previously so I didn’t do it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. That didn’t help. I appreciate that supplies cost less than most other brands. I’m not fully confident in the accuracy of the glucose readings. They were off more than 20 points from another brand I had on hand.
