First off, these taste good as hell. The texture is very similar to peach rings and thereâs no weird aftertaste. Theyâre pretty simple, I would take just one on an empty stomach in the morning. I canât tell whatâs a side effect and what the product is trying to do, but there is some slight stomach discomfort and it gives you a sensation of being full. Theyâre obviously not Ozempic strength miracle gummies, but they do make you feel fuller and reduce cravings for sweet. I feel a lot less bloated and have lost a decent amount of weight with 10K steps a day, these gummies when I feel like eating too much, and lots of water.

I have added these to my daily routine. I have been on a weight-loss journey since January and I am down 25 pounds with mostly diet, alone. I added these into my routine around May when I hit a plateau I couldn’t break through to see if they helped at all. I was anorexic in my 20’s and I have hypothyroidism, so my metabolism is shot and losing weight is very difficult for me. I also have fibromyalgia, which makes working out difficult. I can’t say these ‘work’ to boost metabolism, but I enjoy taking them. They taste good. I eat one shortly after I drink my morning coffee. I let it completely melt in my mouth before I swallow it and I wait about 15-20 minutes before I drink 16 ounces of water. I want to lose about 15 more pounds and I’ll continue to use these in my journey.
