This vitamin is great because it contains all of the important nutrients for women. In addition, it contains omega 3 which aré important for skin and brain health. The soft gels are easy to swallow and donât have a taste. No funny burps or stomach irritation. These are my go to multi.

These Olly Ultra Women’s Multi Sofitels are consistent and easy to swallow. They are enriched with Omega-3s, Iron, and many Vitamins. I particularly chose them for the Omega – 3s and Iron. They are reasonably priced and cheaper than purchasing at a drug store. They do stick together in the container, but nothing a little shake can’t undo.

They taste super gross and nothing like any of the other multivitamins Iâve had before. Thereâs definitely something wrong with them. I threw the rest of the box out
