Easy to swallow and no fishy taste.
I’ve taken omega 3 before and most capsules are difficult to swallow and have a fishy taste. These do not. Very easy to swallow. I’m almost finished with my first bottle and will purchase again. I feel more energetic and my mood is better.

I’ve just started taking this so long term benefits are yet to be realized. So far, easy to take and no fishy aftertaste. I liked that this was sourced from anchovies and not other fish down the food chain which reduces the risk of mercury and other contaminants. I will continue this post but so far so good!
