This device is not accurate
I’ll just give systolic numbers, taken over the course of three days.

The last BP I got at the doctor was 130, so these numbers seemed high. I went to the grocery store and tried the machine they have and got 128. Then I thought maybe the cuff has to be snug, so I tried it with a tight cuff and got the 128 (third from last). Then the next day I tried with a tight cuff again and got the 150. Immediately switched arms, tight cuff, and got 140.
I think this machine reads 10-11 mmHg higher than actual (there’s a review website that says the same). It’s also quite variable. I’m pretty sure my systolic hasn’t varied between 128 and 150.
I don’t think this device is useful for tracking your BP, and would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a home device.
