I work 80 hours a week at my main job, and 20 hours on the weekend at a local restaurant to be able to afford a studio flat on my own. It’s a lot of work, but I’m glad I’m able to finally make it. My diet is usually bread and water, or soy sauce on bread, so having supplements like this is important to keep my health up. I also have protein powder to mix with water to keep my protein at a steady 60ish grams a day or so. Lately I haven’t had much time to properly mix the powder with water, so I’ve been pouring the protein powder into my mouth directly and following up with water from the tap so I can make it to work on time- but that’s besides the point.
That being said, one of these a day barely gives me 100% or sometimes falls short, so I’ve been taking two a day instead to help balance everything out. With all the hours I’m putting in and the help of these vitamins, I’m sure I’ll get Employee of the Month in at least one of my jobs in the next upcoming months.
