I have not found another vitamin that can last all day. When I skip a week of taking it, by the afternoon, Iâm sleepy and have to drive home tired.Pros: It does give you energy that will Last up to 10 hours.Cons: I agree you must take this with food and not on an empty stomach or else you will feel sick and experience stomach cramps and nasuea.Itâs getting hard to find at Walmart and other stores.
