I am by default suspicious of supplements but was encouraged by some of the research around ONNIT products. I will say that after 1 month of trying this, I am seeing noticeable improvements in my energy and ability to focus. A specific example is when I go for a run. I am able to sustain a faster pace for a longer amount of time. I am not a beginner runner, so the performance increase is noticeable. I have also noticed that I am able to more effectively manage my focus and my mood throughout the day. My mood is generally uplifted now that I’ve been taking this for a few weeks. To be fair, this isn’t a miracle cure for anything. To be productive you need to do things like get a good night’s sleep, effective time management, and overall healthy habits.
