Simple, healthy, yet delicious
I’ve only had this cookbook for a few days now but could not wait to dive right in as soon as it arrived, with it’s beautiful photos and helpful tips for cooking nutritious meals. I’ve already tried out a bunch of recipes, including the chocolate chip cookies (which are absolutely AMAZING), the carrot-kabocha squash soup, & blueberry lemon muffins, all of which were loved by everyone- even the kids. The incorporation of simple and natural ingredients, and well laid out steps has made cooking healthy meals a breeze- something that I’ve been in search of for a while!! Finally a cookbook filled with plant based recipes that are not just delicious but good for you too! SO happy to have this as part of my cookbook collection. I know it will be a kitchen staple from here on out.

Best flexible cookbook for many diets and such an inspirational story!
i can make these healthy snacks like the peanut butter compost cookies and eat them before i work out. all the guides show me alt ingredients so i can work with what i have in my house. i can add chicken or steak to these recipes like the pesto. i love the buffalo cauliflower so much! the spicy tahini soba will make ur friends think ur a world class chef. the kale salad is so easy to throw together.. all these are easy to do especially if ur not used to cooking for yourself. i had no experience baking and now i can make cinnamon coffee crumb cake with my morning matcha and not feel like a pig for eating dessert first. check out Lottie’s journey from cancer survivor to athlete and nutrition coach its so inspirational!!!

Great recipes everyone should have!
As a runner, this cookbook is a must-have. Iâm not a very good cook myself, but these recipes are easy to follow and make healthy eating feel enjoyable and not restrictive. I love the variety of recipes – no matter what Iâm craving, this cookbook has something for every type of meal or snack. I also love the recipes from the featured pro athletes; itâs really cool to see how people at the top of their sport fuel their bodies and how recreational athletes likes myself can emulate their habits so that I can feel my best while enjoying my food too! I highly recommend this cookbook and canât wait to buy more copies to gift to friends.

Follow Lottie on IG so I was very excited when this cookbook came out. The recipes are great. My only complaint is the print is so small for my old eyes! I need a sheet magnifier to read the recipes.

Great book!
I have been waiting for this book for so long and it did not disappoint! I had to start with dessert because I love all of Lottieâs desserts. The carrot cake was so simple to make and a big crowd pleaser. It wasnât too sweet and had so many different nutty flavors. I really enjoyed reading the pantry guide so I can keep my pantry well stocked and make all of these incredible recipes!

Great book for a variety of veggie options.Easy to make!Just a note for ppl buying outside USA the measurements and quantities are in US measurements as well as cooker temps.This would not put me off buying though as it is easy to convert!

Well presented book with good pictures and easy to follow recipes, however the claim that they are mostly plant based recipes is false.Nearly all of the breakfast recipes contain and egg in some form of other so we’re unable to use any of these recipes as no alternative is given. Not overly impressed.
