Sturdy weight bench
I have not worked out on this yet, but I will very soon. It’s very sturdy and moves around easily. The best part was it’s easy to assemble…didn’t need help from anyone! I am looking forward to using my newest addition to my home gym and excel in my fitness!

As far as budget options go it’s almost perfect
As far as preacher bench functionality and leg extension functionality are concerned this item has 5-star quality. This functions very well as a supplement to a powerlifting cage if you prefer doing your curls with a preacher bench and want to hit your quads and hamstrings on leg day.The most annoying facet of this bench is that you must remove the preacher pad attachment to do leg extensions and you must remove the leg extension attachment. The preacher pad has a quick-release. The leg extension attachment requires a 6mm Allen wrench and a 17mm socket/wrench for installation/removal.It’d be perfect if the leg extension attachment could be removed without tools.

Compact and convenient.
This is a great little weight bench. I say little because itâs not something massive for a professional bodybuilder, but it gets the job done. My dad came over and he was so impressed. He ordered one for himself!

So, I just received this unit yesterday. I was looking to add some leg functionality as well as a preacher station to my workouts. I currently have an adjustable bench that does not have these features. So when I saw this and the special sale price, I pulled the trigger to give it a try. I was initially excited about this bench, especially for the preacher curl station, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. However, after trying it out, I was disappointed with a critical design flaw: a support post located directly under the preacher pad blocks a full range of motion when using a curl bar. This positioning means you canât lower the bar all the way, which drastically affects form and, consequently, the effectiveness of concentration curls.A workaround is to use dumbbells, but that shouldnât be necessaryâespecially since not everyone may have access to a full set of dumbbells. For anyone considering this bench specifically for the preacher curl function, this may be a significant drawback. The bench does have some decent qualities, but the limited functionality of a standard feature like this preacher pad really misses the mark

I just got rid of one I used pretty much every day for years, so I might be a little bias towards the new model- but I love this bench. The leg extension was the main reason I went with this one and Ive loved it for the couple months Ive had it now
