Amazing roller
This roller is AMAZING. ONE ROLL SESSION and my pain is almost gone. Easy to roll. Soft enough not to hurt but firm enough to do the job.The 4 inch roller is semi soft and easy to use. I highly recommend it! Worth the price.

Good quality foam, has a little texture on the surface and the blue marbled color is nice in person. Doesn’t smell much at all and arrived very quickly. It’s exactly what I wanted: a softer, thinner, longer foam roller. Especially for anyone who’s new to foam rolling, this is super easy to use and feels great. Helps with tight IT band, but now wishing I would have purchased the 6″
I have a firm, large foam roller but it’s just too hard and uncomfortable to use. I purchased this mainly to help loosen my tight IT bands and the piriformis. I am a petite woman so I thought the 4″ would be easier to roll and maneuver. It works, but due to the softness of the roller, I have to hold one end of it down with my other hand. I didn’t expect this. I might have been better off with a 6″ roller, but this will do for now!

Soft but Supportive
My sister has been doing foam rolling for years using a 6-inch roller because she could.not find one smaller. I ordered this 4-inch and it is so much easier for her to use. She is 5 foot tall so the 4-inch works for shorter arms. She is very pleased. And the density is soft but still firm enough to provide the needed relief.

Works well for MELT method replacement
I purchased this to use as a replacement for the MELT method roller. It’s not quite as big as the original, but it’s nice and works well. I actually think I prefer the size. I will order the firm rollers of the same brand too. They’re well made and look pretty good (well, as good as any foam roller looks!).

I was thinking to buy the Melt roller but saw this. The price was more in my range. It is not too firm and the length is good for laying on lengthwise. It is a little smaller in diameter than the Melt but larger than a swim noodle and it doesnât squish flat like a noodle.

I sent the first one back, as it had several indentations that wouldnât recover. Exchanged it for another, this one still had one area that was damaged, but I kept it. Need improvement in handling/shipping, as this is not a cheap item

This was the brand and type recommended for a back issue, and it’s much softer and gentler on my spine than the traditional roller you might pick up. I have another one I use for my legs, and it’s night and day. I feel like it’s too early to say if it’s genuinely worth the increase in cost, but it’s performing well. The one thing I will say is there’s a very small face cream like smell coming from the roller.
