Expensive but worth the money because itâs so soft
This roller is a little expensive, but itâs well worth it due to its soft and pliable nature. I used it to massage the front of my legs after hip surgery. It worked really well and was not overly painful due to the pliability. I recommend it.

Much more comfortable on my back
My husband and I started stretching and rolling to relieve tension back pain. We tried other âmediumâ rollers that were hard as rocks. I am told that after a few weeks, they are not as bad, but if I donât use it due to the pain, it wonât matter. I am 5â10â and 180 lbs, and it supports me with no problem. It has helped relieve some of our back pain, and it is perfect firmness. We are hopeful that we will continue to improve.

Too long for me!
This was a very pretty roller and appeared sturdy. It was actually not soft enough for my needs AND it was so long, too long for a short person like me. It appears that there needs to be a 24″ roller (and maybe one exists) because 18″ is too short and 36″ is too long. I had to return this but returning it was easy.

Nice, soft density roller.
I suffer from very tight IT bands and find the stiff firm rollers to be excruciatingly uncomfortable whenever I try to roll over them. After searching for a softer foam roller, I found this one and decided to purchase it. The density of this foam is so much better, making the process of rolling much more tolerable. I do find the roller to be rather pricey, but seeing that there are few soft rollers on the market, this purchase winds up being worth it to me. Highly recommended if youâre looking for some gentle relief.

Perfect density, helpful textured surface and worth the price!
Excellent product! I read a lot of reviews and bought a cheaper foam roller that was so dense it was actually quite painful to lay on as directed by my PT. This roller has significantly more give and is comfortable to lay on to do my stretches. It still offers enough support so it holds shape when you have all of your weight pressing down on it. Someone mentioned an odor and I didnât notice any odor when I unboxed it. The texture on the surface makes it easier to get on and off of it without it slipping away from you.

I saw it on Bob and Brad physio youtube site — I love these two. They showed how to lie on it, along the spine, opens up the chest. I’d been using a pool noodle for years but finally decided to spring for this. There are other uses that I will look up. It arrived right on time. Excellent
