The pain was intermittent, and with my dentist fully booked for a month, I was left in discomfort.When everything else failed, you might wonder what I did. I gave up my iO Oral B and switched back to a manual toothbrush—a SOFT one, like the ones I’ve used since childhood. After just a few days, my teeth settled down entirely. The default Ultimate Clean brush heads are excessively firm, even on the Super Sensitive setting without activating the pressure ring to turn red. A simple comparison by running your thumb over the Gentle Care brush head versus the Ultimate Clean one makes the difference evident.I would recommend this brush to anyone who uses an iO Oral B toothbrush. It provides an excellent clean and is much gentler on your teeth and gums. Whether you have sensitive teeth or not, using the regular heads could be damaging your enamel and gums.
