Bi Flex works but takes time.
Bi flex helped my knees and ankles a lot. But you have to use it for a while for results. I took it for three weeks and stopped, thinking it wasnât working. Then I felt my joints and saw oh it works! The uncoated pills do have a fishlike taste and it took a while to get used to it.
