It collapsed after a rainy night ; good customer service!
The canopy is not too difficult to setup but it did not stand for a rainy day after 2 weeks of use. I have it set up under a big oak tree. Two poles were nailed down on the floor and two other poles were hold by sand bags. It hold up pretty good under a light storm but with a rainy day. For some reasons, two sides of fabric formed sac like a water pouch. The weight of the water damage the 2 frames as well as one of the pole. Another word, the design of the frame structure cannot hold up a small water puddle. I had 1 metal bar broke off and 2 metal bars bend in the result of water puddle on the tent. There is no clear instruction how to tie the tend down to the support frame bar to avoid sagging on tent fabric. I am still not sure why water cannot be run off from the tent. Anyway whoever plan to use it. Make sure figure a way tie tight the tent.Customer service reached out me regarding the incident and offering alternative to recover the damage.

Flimsy wall attachments
My plan was to use this canopy as a rain cover when I have the ramp on my little cargo trailer down and Iâm working in it. I also had a few things that I wanted to store in it, out of the weather.It was after I unpacked it and was putting the top on that I saw the warning label, that is attached to the top, stating that it is not designed to be used in the rain, wind or other inclement weather. Since I had begun setup and the location I placed it in is relatively sheltered by a fence, the house and the trailer, I decided it would be okay.I got it up and pulled out the walls. I felt the walls were not very strong, but I attached them. The Velcro straps to hold them on do not grip well, the corners donât come to the corner post that well, the zippers look like they wonât last more than a few zips. Iâm not crazy about taking it all down, packing it up and trying to take it to a shipping store to return it. Itâs very heavy and impossible for me to move it in the shipping box. Plus itâs not worth the time and effort it would take.Iâm disappointed and disgusted with the walls.The frame seems sturdy and I like the ease of adjusting the height.I guess Iâm stuck with it, but Iâm ingenious enough, I think I can come up with a solution to substitute the poorly designed walls.It is raining tonight, so I will see what happens.Collapsed. Bent and broken frame. Must figure out a way to return it or be out money.DO NOT PURCHASE unless you just want it for decor. Not suitable for anything like a craft fair, if it rained at night, you would come back to a collapsed, saturated site.

Acceptable, but not amazing
I would not describe this tent as waterproof, it is water resistant. I used it on a camping trip during a rainstorm and the top was sweating the whole time. It did not drip on us, but moisture was definitely seeping through the fabric. It was easy to set up/take down with 2 people and we were able to fit 9 people and their camp chairs in it- it was cozy with that number, but not uncomfortable. It held up to moderate winds (gusts up to 30 mph) without tearing. We staked it and secured it to 2 trees. I wouldnât trust the stakes and sandbags alone in windy conditions. I bought this used and felt it was worth the price I paid, but having used it I would not recommend buying it at full price. In short, this tent is adequate- it did what I needed it to do and was easy to wrangle- but itâs not amazing and not worth buying at full price.
