I saw videos recoomending this cleanser for a while, but my skin wasn’t problamatic so I decided to go on with my usual ruitine. Lately, I started to break out and get more blackheads so I got this cleanser and WOW. While it is quite intense, and tends to dry out your skin, it’s not anything a good moisturizer can’t fix. I use this with Paula’s Choise exfoliator and my skin looks so much better. My blackheads come out really easy, many have dissapeared, especially on my nose and my pimples go away really soon, when I do get a few.For the people who’s skin isn’t used to active ingredients though – work this into your routine slowly, cause it is intense.P.s. Use white towels cause no metter how well you wash it off, it will still bleach

Be careful
It works very well- but too well. If i apply it by massaging for 60 seconds on my face as recommended on the product packaging it does take care of my acne, but it also burns my skin, leaving it red and irritated. So what I do is apply it in the shower a few times a week and quickly lather (under 30 seconds) and THOROUGHLY wash the product off to avoid this. Iâve even found if I donât pay particular attention to washing off my earlobes, it goes inside my piercing areas and causes irritation there.

I have scoured the earth for an effective face wash for my skin. Tried almost all of the trending face washes on instagram and TikTok such as cerave, laroche-posay, cetaphil, vanicream, and so much more. I discovered this product 3 years ago and have used it religiously since. It makes my combination skin so smooth, and prevents breakouts. It is PERFECT if you pair it with an oil cleanser, as it is a little thick and has a hard time cleaning out the sebaceous filaments in your pores (I recommend DHC cleansing oil). The product can also be a little drying! So make sure you pair it with good products that replenish your skin moisture barrier (hyaluronic acid, good moisturizer like Laroche-posay or pods). And finally, yes it does bleach things!!! I combat this with buying white towels, and rotating my bath towels between the same 3 so I donât bleach all of them! Trust me, the bleaching thing is worth it for crystal clear skin! This product does irritate my husbands skin a little but, but he has SUPER sensitive skin. Like the kind of sensitive that we have to buy him special laundry detergent.
